Accumulation tanks

List of accumulation tanks:

Max. working pressure 6 bar, max. working temperature 95°C. Optionally up to 100 m3 on a special request.Detachable soft polyurethane insulations 100 mm thick, with white leatherette surface are available for PS accumulation tanks.

 

PS ACCUMULATION TANKS

These tanks are intended to accumulate and subsequently distribute heat energy from solid fuel boilers, heat pumps, solar collectors, electric boilers etc.

PS accumulation tanks contain:
  • 8 side nipples with G 6/4“ inner thread   - for connecting heat sources and loads, or inserting el. heating rods
  • 1 top nipple with G 6/4“ inner thread
  • 3 side nipples with G 1/2“ inner thread   - for placing temperature probes

PS2F ACCUMULATION TANKS

They are fitted with 2 welded flanges. Each one can be equipped with a suitably sized tube heat exchanger. In practice then the bottom heat exchanger can be connected to a solar system and the upper heat exchanger serves for preparing instant hot water. Preparing DHW in this way limits significantly the risk of Legionella bacteria.

PS2F accumulation tanks contain:
  • 8 side nipples with G 6/4“ inner thread   - for connecting heat sources and loads, or inserting el. heating rods
  • 1 top nipple with G 6/4“ inner thread
  • 4 side nipples with G 1/2“ inner thread  - for placing temperature probes
  • 2 side flanges internal diam. 210 mm  - for installing finned tube heat exchangers.

PSWF ACCUMULATION TANKS

They are fitted with an upper welded flange that can be used for a suitably sized tube heat exchanger. Further the are equipped with a steel heating coil placed at the bottom. These tanks are intended preferably for use with solar systems

PSWF accumulation tanks contain:
  • 8 side nipples with G 6/4“ inner thread - for connecting heat sources and loads, or inserting an el. heating rod
  • 1 top nipple with G 6/4“ inner thread
  • 4 side nipples with G 1/2“ inner thread - for inserting temperature probes
  • 1 top flange welded from the side, inner diameter 210 mm - for inserting finned heat exchangers
  • 2 nipples with G 1“ inner thread - for connecting the bottom steel heating coil

PSW: no top flange
