Sectional aluminum central heating
radiators are attractive not only due to their appearance but also
thanks to their excellent characteristics. The individual sections
are made by aluminum pressure die casting (quality by UNI 5076, with
zinc contents below 0.9%). The material guarantees a high
anti-corrosion and mechanic resistance, excellent thermal properties
and a low weight. Central heating radiators of various dimensions
and outputs can be assembled from the sections as desired. The
two-layer epoxy lacquer finish has almost unlimited lifetime. The
max. working temperature is 110°C.
The max. working pressure is 6 bar, for this
reason these radiators are not intended for high-rise buildings where the
heating system pressure is usually higher. They also should not be installed in
damp rooms (like swimming pools, car washes etc.)

Output calculation for Dt different
from 60°C:
Q = Q60 x k
Dt = tm - ti where tm
= (t1+t2)/2,
t1 = inlet water temperature, t2
= outlet water temperature, ti = room temperature
An example of a calculation for M500 section, room
temperature of 20°C, inlet water temperature of 80°C, outlet water
temperature of 60°C
Δt = (80+60)/2 - 20 = 50°C, the coefficient read
from the chart is k = 0,78; Q60 = 174W,
Q = 174 x 0,78 = 135,7W
Accessories
The radiators are supplied assembled in blocks
of 5 or 10 sections. For connecting any further section two nipples and a gasket
are needed. Further it is necessary to buy also wall-mount brackets (metal,
plastic), air vent valves (automatic or manual), plugs and reducing pieces
depending on the mounting method. More at
