Thermostatische Ventile und Regelarmaturen für Festbrennstoffkessel
What are thermostatic valves and how do they work?
Thermostatic valves that work without any outer actuator, just on the water temperature, represent a simple and reliable method of protection and control of solid fuel boilers.
Recooling valves prevent boiler overheating in case of a power breakdown or heating system pump failure.
Mixing valves keep the return water temperature above the flue gas water vapor condensation point, protecting the boiler’s heat transfer surfaces from corrosion and clogging.
Draft regulator controls the combustion air inlet damper, i.e. it also keeps the heating water temperature at the preset value, helping in cost efficient boiler operation.
UPS units for solid fuel boilers prevent boiler overheating in case of a power breakdown. Using a 44 Ah accumulator, a Wilo 25/4 circulation pump can be kept running for at least 5 hours.
