Radiator quality and fabrication
Aluminum sectional radiators are attractive not only for its appearance but also for their excellent properties. The sections are manufactured by pressure die casting of aluminum alloy (UNI 5076) with zinc content of 0.9% max. The material used guarantees high anticorrosion and mechanical resistance, excellent thermal properties and low weight. The sections can be assembled into blocks of various dimensions and outputs as needed. The surface finish is done with double epoxide coating that features almost unlimited service life. Max. working temperature is 110°C.
Max. working pressure is 6 bar, for this reason these radiators are not suitable for use in hig-rise buildings where the heating system pressure is usally higher. They also should not be used in damp rooms (e.g. pools, car wash etc.).
The radiators are delivered assembled in blocks of 5 or 10 sections. In order to add one more section, two nipples and gaskets are needed. Beside that, wall brackets will be needed (either metal or plastic ones), air vent valves (automatic or manual operated), plugs and adaptors, all available as accessories.
