Gas heating of DHW

Infinity continuous flow water heater prepares warm water of constant temperature, as needed at the moment. Despite its small dimensions and weight it reaches up to 44.5 kW output and is able to heat as much as 32 l/min. of water. Thanks to its huge regulation range, its min. output is only 3.5 kW and the heater works already from the flow rate of 2.7 l/min. Thanks to that, it can easily supply continuous hot water for a large house with several bathrooms and further outlet points.

Infinity works with high efficiency and without any risk of Legionella bacteria. Unlike storage heaters, there is no thermal loss during periods of no DHW discharge.

For higher outputs, "Infinity's" can be joined into a cascade or manifold system. It's proper working configuration can be ensured simply by fitting special pressure-activated valves (PAM), or by means of an electronic control unit. Such a cascade starts heating the water even from a minimum 2.7-l/min flow and only the number of heaters limits its maximum capacity.

In order to cover peak DHW demand, a single heater or a heater cascade can work with a storage vessel enabling thus to cover short periods of peak demand higher than the installed capacity of heaters. Individual heaters or cascades can work with a DHW circulation pump.

The heater is in "turbo" execution, with a sealed combustion chamber, so it needs no chimney and requires only very little space. Thanks to the sealed combustion chamber, any danger of fume or gas leakage into living space is excluded.

The unit has no switches and no regulating elements. The heater is factory-preset to 55°C (can be changed to 40-75°C by an authorized serviceman); upon connecting a remote control (included in packing) the user can set the temperature between 37-55°C. Also remote units with voice output are available, enabling to select not only the temperature but also the desired volume of hot water supplied (e.g. you can select your bath volume and after filling the bathtub with water of the selected temperature to the preset volume, and the unit will advise you your bath is ready). You do not have to mix hot water with cold in a mixing valve, Infinity will supply DHW of the selected temperature.

Precise regulation of the output water temperature is ensured by a microprocessor control unit, even in periods of sudden flow fluctuations. It can manage even very low output thanks to not only the control unit but also a precise flow sensor, several temperature probes, continuously controlled DHW by-pass and continuously modulating burner with disconnectable sections. For obtaining high efficiency and ecological combustion, the output of fan supplying combustion air is continuously controlled - the control unit measures and takes into account even the temperature of the inlet air.

  • cascade formation possible for reaching high outputs
  • suitable for both domestic and industrial usage
  • can work with a circulating pump
  • can be completed with a storage vessel to cover peak demand
  • remote controls enabling comfortable control
  • steady water temperature even in case of simultaneous demands from several taps
