Combination Thermal Stores

Combined storage tanks are used to store heat for heating and to simultaneously provide hot water in a single unit. They are manufactured as steel pressure vessels with a built-in hot water tank or with a heat exchanger for instantaneous hot water production. The tank thus becomes the central element of the entire heating system, enabling the efficient integration of multiple energy sources and delivering significant energy savings.

The tanks are equipped with a partition plate that enables thermal stratification, ensuring a sufficient supply of hot water even when the lower part of the storage tank is depleted for heating. The design also allows for the automatic activation of supplementary energy sources—separately for heating and separately for hot water—once the heat from the tank has been depleted.
