Combination thermal store with DHW heating in a stainless-steel heat exchanger. The tank is suitable for storing and subsequent distribution of heat energy from heat pumps. A fireplace insert or other boiler can be connected to the tank. Heat sources can be conveniently combined. Two electric heating elements can be installed in the thermal store for space heating and another element for DHW heating. The thermal store also allows the installation of a heating element for the use of surplus electricity from PV panels in the entire volume of the tank.
